Rummu Quarry has an amazing visibility, light blue clear water and a special lakebed that has became a favourite place for many divers. The lakebed has an outstanding underwater museum including a number of buildings, prison walls, used machinery and equipment. Additionally, there is a sunken forest located at the bottom of a Rummu Quarry, that creates a mystical view of the entire picture.

Introductory diving

Our professional instructors will introduce you to the basic diving rules and diving equipment in order to demonstrate the proper behaviour under the water. Introductory diving takes place under the instructors control in one plus one ratio. Swimming skills are not essential, however state of health should be good. Suitable for persons from 10 years.

Scuba diving for certified divers

Once you are on site, we will welcome you, fill necessary documents, assemble the gear and do a proper dive briefing which is followed by one dive with our instructor. Main dive site “Rummu Underwater Prison” is situated in front of our center. Diving takes place from the floating dock. There is more options for diving: to do 2 dives or as we have motorised raft for divers and can access the other dive sites, the second dive can be made in other spot. Snorkeling

Before guided snorkeling trip our guide will introduce you to the basic snorkeling rules and give some advices on how to use snorkeling equipment in a proper way (snorkeling mask, snorkel, flippes etc.). Snorkeling takes place above the ruins of the underwater prison from our floating dock. After the guided tour the participants can continue the activity by themselves.
